Accounts Manager:

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, CA/ICWA/MBA preferred
Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the agriculture sector.
Salary Range: Negotiable for deserving candidates
Job Timing: Mon to Sat - 9 am to 6 pm

Job Description:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company'sobjectives.
- Oversee and manage the entire accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for costreduction and revenue enhancement.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
- Manage cash flow, funding, and investment activities.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
